This elegant mug from the "Melon" series designed by Josef Hoffman in 1929 presents itself gracefully as an Art Deco sculpture, which has long since become a design classic. Its shape reminds of the ripe fruit of the Cantaloupe melon, the curved and ornamental lines, as well as the puristic colouring in black and white, provide modern accents.

The Viennese porcelain manufacturer Augarten stands for the highest quality, hand-made and painted porcelain.
