Description

Fresh, homemade yoghurt tastes particularly delicious and contains a lot of active lactic acid bacteria compared to heat-treated yoghurts from the supermarket. With the DENK yoghurt maker, easily make and enjoy your own yoghurt. All you need is milk and three tablespoons of yoghurt as a starter culture and you're good to go!

This DENK yoghurt maker made of Granicium® granite ceramics has a high heat storage capacity and low thermal conductivity and retains heat around 20 times longer than steel. The feet and warming hat also ensure that the milk cools down slowly, so conditions are ideal for the production of yoghurt.

How it works:

Whether it's conventional cow's milk, lactose-free milk, skimmed milk or soy milk, with the DENK yoghurt maker, make yoghurt according to your personal preferences. To do this, briefly heat the milk of your choice to 80°C and then pour it into the yoghurt maker. Put the lid on and insert the thermometer. After about an hour, when the milk has cooled to 45-42°C, add three tablespoons of yoghurt. Now put the lid back on and pull the knitted thermal hood over it. In about eight hours, enjoy your homemade yoghurt.
