Description
Perfect for roasting and braising, the innovative and lightweight "Delight" ceramic pot developed by Emile Henry has a naturally non-stick coated glaze that makes the pot easy to clean. The ingenious shape and the raised points in the lid allows both steam and flavours to circulate in the pot so that your meat and veggies are gently steamed.
Products made from "Delight Ceramic" can be used on all heat sources, even on induction hobs as well as in ovens and microwaves.
