The plancha plate has been redesigned for the new BOWL 57 collection. The raised outer rim now keeps fats and oils on the plate. The proven quality of enamelled cast iron with a non-stick coating remains the same and guarantees optimal heat retention for low-fat frying and cooking. The plancha stays stable on the bowl on three support points. The half-ring plancha can be combined with a semicircular grill grate or a second half-ring plancha.
