The high-quality coating consists of several layers:
In a complex production process, titanium particles are heated to an extremely high level and shot onto the inside of the pan. There they fuse directly with the stainless steel and thus form the extremely resistant plasma hardened base layer. This coating process is also used in aerospace and medical technology, among other things, and is characterised by high wear and scratch resistance. Building on this plasma layer, there are three ceramic reinforced layers:
1. An adhesion promoter for the optimal connection of plasma hard primer with the middle layer.
2. A middle layer for best wear resistance.
3. The reinforced surface sealing for a long-lasting, maximum non-stick effect and ideal cleanability.

All products are tested by the manufacturer through in-house quality assurance and their own laboratory. The 100% control guarantees the best quality and functionality.

Maintenance:
Abrasive cleaning agents can damage the coating.
The pan is dishwasher safe, but cleaning by hand is recommended.
