The high-quality coating consists of several layers:
In a complex production process, titanium particles are heated to an extremely high level and shot onto the inside of the pan. There they fuse directly with the stainless steel and thus form the extremely resistant plasma hardened base layer. This coating process is also used in aerospace and medical technology, among other things, and is characterised by high wear and scratch resistance. Building on this plasma layer, there are three ceramic reinforced layers:
1. An adhesion promoter for the optimal connection of the plasma hardened base with the middle layer.
2. A middle layer for best resistance.
3. The reinforced surface sealing for a long-lasting, maximum non-stick effect and ideal cleanability.

Of course, this quality product also has excellent properties with regard to the pouring rim. The clean preparation of sauces is made so easy.

Maintenance:
Thanks to the continuous, multi-layered material, this frying pan has no attached base and cleaning is therefore child's play.
The pan is dishwasher safe, but cleaning by hand is recommended.
