Handcrafted by Afghan refugees living in India.
This ornament depicts the Snow Leopard, an animal revered for its beauty and bravery in Afghanistan, where it is honoured as the national animal. Here it is made with upcycled pieces of fabric leftover from garment production and then decorated with embroidery.
