Description

This chef's knife from Stuff Design is ideal for cutting due to its length of 17 cm. Since its handle is made of ash wood, it lies comfortably and securely in the hand. Vg-10 Damascus steel and 67 layers of stainless steel with carbon content were used in the production of the chef's knife. The centre of the blade has a Rockwell hardness of 58-60. The design is inspired by the old art of knife making and combines in a unique way with modern and minimalist Scandinavian elements.
